Availability:
2-4 per month
The Career Change Clarity Coaching program includes four 1-on-1 sessions over (typically) 8-12 weeks (some clients take longer, so the ultimate timeline is up to you). With each session, you’ll get science backed assessments and in-depth resources to help you decide exactly what you want from your career. You’ll walk away with laser-focused clarity about your new career target.
By the time we complete the program together, you’ll know exactly what you want to target, understand the steps you need to take to get there, and have the confidence you need to knock it outta the park!
Session 1 – Introduction and Goal-Setting
- Get to know more about you, your background, how I can help, and expectations for working together.
- Begin to outline your goals, strengths, values, and passions.
- Complete 7 different comprehensive assessments to better understand your priorities.
Session 2 – Career Soul Search and Self-Discovery
- Discuss assessment findings, and evaluate options based on how they fit with your goals, strengths, values, and passions
- Identify the your areas of struggle or confusion, and discuss how we will address these together.
- Work with me to align your goals, strengths, values, and priorities with potential new career options
Session 3 – Exploring Compatible Career Options
- Use the industry and job resources I’ll provide you to investigate further into potential fields of interest.
- Compare what you find to your strengths/priorities to start narrowing down your options.
Decide your next step based on what you actually want, instead of what you think you’re supposed to be doing.
Session 4 – Hands-On Analysis & Decision-Making
- Discover insider perspectives to help you get crystal clear about your new career direction.
- Dig deeper into your top options to learn the ins-and-outs of daily life, potential entry points, & future outlook.
- Use my framework for career research conversations to get first-hand details about your ideal jobs.

While many career changers will need the full scope of the Career Change Clarity Coaching program, some are already partially through the process on their own, and just need a little boost to help get themselves unstuck. That’s what this single coaching session is for!
You’ll have the opportunity to ask specific questions and get guidance, resources, and direction that are most aligned with your needs and will help you overcome your current struggles and challenges.
